TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this invitation to tender, the mandate for “environmental construction supervision” is put out to tender as part of a public procedure. Environmental construction supervision (UBB) accompanies and monitors environmental matters during construction and supports the client in the legally compliant implementation of the construction project. In doing so, it ensures compliance with environmental laws, ordinances, guidelines, directives, and requirements. The UBB advises and supports the stakeholders, observes and assesses environmental problems at the construction site, and ensures that the implementation of the environmental requirements and conditions from the permit procedure is carried out. The UBB also advises the client on matters in the field of the environment. The UBB regularly updates the enforcement and requirements monitoring (VAK) for the environmental requirements (see also Appendix 03: requirements for the overall construction decision regarding ÜO ZBBS of 30.10.2025) and documents them appropriately (list, database or similar).
