TENDER DESCRIPTION

The research project described here serves to fulfill the legal obligations arising from the Federal Climate Adaptation Act (KAnG) for the area of responsibility of the BMWSB in the building sector. The project results must be prepared in such a way that they can be directly incorporated into the 2028 update of the German Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change (DAS). The overall task builds on the completed research project "DASmmZ" for the development of response indicators in the building sector. It is divided into six work packages with different focuses. A central element is the one-time operationalization of six previously developed core indicators. In this process, the methodology is finally determined, all required data is collected, processed and evaluated, and the results are presented in factsheets as well as provided in raw and analyzed data. Another work package includes the evaluation and revision of existing measures and instruments of the climate adaptation strategy in the building sector.
