TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH is building a new hospital building at Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst. The subject of this contract is the construction cleaning of the new building, consisting of: - Interim construction cleaning: floor cleaning of the components with and without floor covering during the fit-out phase, - Final construction cleaning (staged, for each construction phase prior to commissioning): patient rooms, functional rooms and stairwells, approx. 14,950 m² of floor surfaces, approx. 11,530 m² of wall surfaces, built-in components and built-in furniture, and approx. 4,500 m² of window, door and gate surfaces, - Other and time-based wage work. The work will be carried out in sections (3rd/4th floors, 1st/2nd floors, basement/ground floor) in accordance with the schedule of deadlines (Annex 1.1 to the scope of services/specification). The construction site is managed via a logistics concept with a binding logistics manual.
