TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH is building a new hospital at Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst. The subject of this contract is construction cleaning of the new build, consisting of: - Interim construction cleaning: floor-level cleaning of the building components, with and without floor coverings, during the fit-out phase, - Final construction cleaning (in stages, for each construction phase before commissioning): patient rooms, functional rooms and stairwells, approx. 14,950 m² of floor areas, approx. 11,530 m² of wall areas, built-in elements and built-in furniture, as well as approx. 4,500 m² of window, door and gate areas, - Other and time-charge work. The work is carried out in sections (3rd/4th floors, 1st/2nd floors, basement/ground floor) in accordance with the schedule of deadlines (Annex 1.1 to the terms of reference).
