TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract mainly includes: - Proposing and developing a conceptual design guideline that will be applied to each of the 10 sub-zones of this contract; - Preparing preliminary designs, designs, applications for an environmental permit (including supporting studies such as appropriate assessment / exemption from EIA / dewatering study / …) up to implementation dossiers, and supporting the contracting authority with on-site realisation of the various interventions for upgrading the Zuunbeek and the Vogelzangbeek in St.-Pieters-Leeuw. - Providing advice in the preparation of test programmes during the study phase (not limited to) archaeological investigations, environmental health-related ground investigations, geotechnical investigations, … The actual investigations will be carried out by a third party. - Providing advice (preparation of proposals and assessment of results) during the execution of the test programme, assessment of variation proposals, …).
