TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Evangelical Inner City Congregation of Görlitz intends to carry out the renovation of the Trinity Church. The following services are required for the facade and safety scaffolding: Approx. 5,500 m² frame scaffolding as facade and support scaffolding; Approx. 11,500 m² modular scaffolding as support and cantilever scaffolding; Approx. 120 m heavy-duty towers with 4- and 16-post configurations up to 28 m high; Approx. 700 m scaffold lattice beam at 450 mm; Approx. 1,600 m² cassette weatherproof roofs up to 22 m span, up to 33 m high; Approx. 3,500 m² scaffold sheeting; Approx. 1,500 m² scaffold protection wall as crossing protection; 4 pieces of steel beams HEB 800 up to 29 m long, bearing support up to 29 m high; Provision of weatherproof roofs and support scaffolding for approx. 30 weeks in 2027; Provision of facade scaffolding for approx. 40 weeks in 2027; Reassembly of approx. 1,200 m² facade scaffolding in 2028 with provision for 20 to 30 weeks; It is exclusively required to use scaffold frames or modular standards with compressed pipe connectors or cantilever scaffolding standards with screwed pipe connectors; frame/module system size 2.57 m.
