TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority’s contractor, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor (AN), acts as a trustee-like company and, insofar as the legal requirements are met, as a company that has been granted authority, for the Senate Department responsible for equality, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority (AG). The Contractor ensures the implementation of the funding instruments described in the funding attachments to the contract as well as of such funding instruments that replace them or follow them. In the funding attachments, the Contractor is referred to as the granting office, while the AG is the Senate Department performing technical supervision.
