TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting party, referred to below as the contracting party (CP), acts as a trustee and, where the legal requirements are met, as a licensed entity for the Senate Administration responsible for equality, referred to below as the contracting authority (CA). The CP ensures implementation of the funding instruments described in the funding schedules for the contract, as well as of funding instruments that replace or follow them. In the funding schedules, the CP is designated as the approving office, while the CA is designated as the Senate Administration responsible for technical supervision.
