TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a result of Part 1 (category) of the present procedure, the Contracting Authority (CA) establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purpose of supplying railway trackbed crushed stone. The CA draws attention to the fact that no call-off obligation arises with respect to the quantities communicated in this procedure, and the actual quantities of goods procurements carried out in the individual tendering phases may exceed the estimated quantities. In order to determine the proportionality of the eligibility requirement system, the CA informs that in the tendering phases of the DPS, the planned quantity of crushed stone to be procured for each individual contract to be awarded is 50,000 tonnes. The CA, for information purposes, states that for this product category, the expected maximum scale of each contract will be, in all likelihood, a quantity equivalent to 2 years.
