TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract is the execution of the construction project "Increase in the Capacity of the Týniště n.O. – Častolovice – Solnice Line, Part 3", Stage II – INFRASTRUCTURE (hereinafter referred to as "Infrastructure"). The basic subject matter of the Work for the "Infrastructure" part is defined by the list of objects that are set out in Annex No. 7.1.1 to the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documentation). The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energetics, and Security and Communication Equipment, which form a functional whole. Further specification of the subject matter of performance of the Public Contract is governed in other parts of the tender documentation.
