TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the project „Increase in the capacity of the Týniště n.O. – Častolovice – Solnice railway line, Part 3“, Phase II – INFRASTRUCTURE (hereinafter referred to as „Infrastructure“). The basic subject of the Work for the „Infrastructure“ part is defined by a list of objects that are stated in Annex No. 7.1.1 to the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documentation). The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energetics and Security and communication equipment—which form a functional unit. A more detailed specification of the subject matter of performance of the Public Contract is governed in other parts of the tender documentation.
