TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the project “Increase in the capacity of the Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice line, Part 3”, Phase II – INFRASTRUCTURE (hereinafter referred to as “Infrastructure”). The basic scope of the Works for the “Infrastructure” part is defined by a list of objects that are set out in Annex No. 7.1.1 to the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Contracting Documentation). The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy and Safety and communication equipment – which form a functional unit. More detailed specification of the subject of performance of the Public Contract is governed by other parts of the contracting documentation.
