TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the work “Increase in the capacity of the Týniště n. O. – Častolovice – Solnice railway line, Part 3”, Phase II – SECURITY AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT. The basic subject of the Public Contract “Increase in the capacity of the Týniště n. O. – Častolovice – Solnice railway line, Part 3”, Phase II – SECURITY AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT is defined by a list of objects that are set out in Annex No. 7.1.1 to the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documents). The Public Contract also includes providing cooperation related to the Work or its parts, during the term of the Contract for provision of cooperation, whereby part(s) of the Work are understood as (not exclusively) security equipment, operational applications linked to security equipment (hereinafter also only “Equipment”), and this for any future needs of the contracting authority to connect the delivered part of the Work with further Equipment from another contractor/manufacturer.
