TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of "Increasing the capacity of the Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice railway, part 3", phase II – SIGNALING AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT. The basic subject of the Work of the Public Contract "Increasing the capacity of the Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice railway, part 3", phase II – SIGNALING AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT is defined by the list of objects contained in Annex No. 7.1.1 of the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Section 8 of the Tender Documentation). The subject of the Public Contract also includes the provision of cooperation related to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Cooperation Agreement, whereby parts of the Work are understood to mean (but not exclusively) signaling equipment, operational applications linked to signaling equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "Equipment"), in order to meet any future needs of the contracting authority to connect additional Equipment from another contractor/manufacturer to the delivered part of the Work.
