TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the project “Increase in line capacity Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice, Part 3”, Phase II – SAFETY AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT. The basic subject of the Works of the Public Contract “Increase in line capacity Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice, Part 3”, Phase II – SAFETY AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT is defined by a list of structures which are stated in Annex No. 7.1.1 of the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documentation). The subject of the Public Contract also includes providing cooperation relating to the Works or their parts, for the duration of the Contract on providing cooperation, while a part of the Works is understood (not exclusively, however) as safety equipment, operational applications linked to safety equipment (hereinafter also only “Equipment”), and this for any future needs of the contracting authority to link the supplied part of the Works with additional Equipment from another contractor/manufacturer.
