TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply, install and put into operation in a ready-to-operate condition of two highly efficient water/water high-temperature heat pumps for indoor installation. The design with two separate heat pump units serves operational reliability, demand-based output adjustment, an even distribution of operating hours and covering high-load situations during parallel operation. The heat pumps must be executed as fully functional, industrially suitable systems. They must include all refrigeration-engineering, hydraulic, electrical, safety and control components required for safe and efficient operation. This in particular includes heat exchangers, suitable compressor technology, expansion and control elements, safety and protective devices, control cabinet, control system, HMI and the required communication interfaces. The contractor is responsible for complete technical planning, design, delivery, installation, hydraulic and electrical integration, integration in terms of instrumentation, control and measurement (I&C/MSR), parameterization, functional testing and commissioning of the system.
