Increasing energy efficiency through comprehensive thermal modernization of public utility buildings in the area of Boguszów-Gorce The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works under the investment task entitled: “Increasing energy efficiency through comprehensive thermal modernization of public utility buildings in the area of Boguszów-Gorce” for the building of the Municipal Public Library at Plac Odrodzenia 4 in Boguszów-Gorce, plot nos. 763, 322/8, 322/4, 325, 1172, cadastral district no. 3 Boguszów, in accordance with the design documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB), the energy audit, the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), the Contractor’s Offer, and the agreements concluded by the Contracting Authority with the Institutions co-financing the Task.
