TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Janków with a reduced carbon footprint. 4.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR, 2) delivery of equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically operational, complete and ready to use medium rescue and firefighting vehicle, water-foam type, classified as GBA 3/16, mounted on a D 4x4 truck chassis – hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", without any additional purchases or investments on the Ordering Party's side, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) delivery of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) delivery, together with the order, of the service manual for the vehicle chassis, firefighting body, and installed devices and equipment in Polish, as well as a complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 5) marking the vehicle in accordance with Annex No. 1, 6) training persons indicated by the Ordering Party in economic operation of the vehicle (ecodriving).
