TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for the renovation and redevelopment of a municipal building in the scope of constructing an external passenger lift shaft (elevator) at Kołłątaja 31 in Wrocław. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 Stages, with: 1) Stage I – a guaranteed stage, 2) Stage II – a stage covered by the option right, in accordance with Article 441 of the Pzp Act. 2. The scope of the contract in Stage I (guaranteed) includes, among other things: 1) inventory of the building, stratigraphic testing of the façade, ornithological and chiropterological opinion, 2) 2 (two) different redevelopment concepts of the building in order to adapt it for the needs of persons with disabilities (construction of a lift), 3) agreeing with the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments on the concept selected by the Contracting Authority, 4) an architectural and construction design together with the land/plot development project or a site plan showing the location of the investment (hereinafter referred to as the architectural and construction design). 3.
