TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the contract includes: 1) preparation and handover to the Contracting Authority of design-and-cost estimates documentation for the renovation and redevelopment of the given building, in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for preparing design-and-cost estimates documentation, 2) obtaining and handing over to the Contracting Authority, for the given building, the decision of the Architecture and Monuments Department of the Wrocław City Office (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) granting a building permit, together with confirmation of the submission of an application to WAiZ UM for issuing a certificate that the decision has become final / obtaining and handing over to the Contracting Authority a certificate of no grounds to file an objection to the intention to carry out construction works in accordance with Article 30(5aa) of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law, 3) providing author’s supervision during the execution of construction works covered by the prepared documentation.
