TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building planning in accordance with §§ 33 - 37 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI, LPH 2 - 9. The municipality of Randersacker intends to redesign the town hall site into the “Bürgerzentrum Randersacker” (Civic Centre Randersacker). The aim is to meet the increased space requirements of the administration while preserving the listed town hall façade, and additionally to create space for local clubs. To implement the increased space requirements, the area of the vacant building part “formerly civil servants’ residential building” is available. Due to the condition, the differing floor heights, the room layouts and fire protection aspects, the building is to be demolished. The existing uses (Weltkreisladen with tourist information, festival bar service, public WC) are to be newly integrated. The entire site including forecourt and outdoor facilities is to be upgraded in terms of urban planning, design, energy and, throughout, accessibility for persons with disabilities.
