TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hamburg Police Department and/or the Authority for Internal Affairs and Sports currently plans to renew the site of the Police Academy in Hamburg – Alsterdorf. In particular, this involves the dismantling and/or demolition of the existing lecture hall building HSG I and the school building from the 1950s HSG II. Both buildings no longer meet the users’ requirements for a modern, flexible and barrier-free location for initial and continuing training. The existing buildings will therefore, after their dismantling, be replaced by two new buildings that should enable modern, practice-oriented teaching through the use of digital teaching and learning formats and in-person events. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The specifications for the demolition measures include, inter alia: - Strip-out and clearance of both buildings (HSG I + II) - Remediation of hazardous substances in both buildings (HSG I + II) - Demolition of both buildings and disposal of the building fabric (HSG I + II) - Dismantling of surface paving/finish _____________________________________________________________________________________ Major works: -…
