The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services are settled at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entirety of the renewal periods. This multi-supplier framework agreement for subsequent contracts covers a set of services inherent to earthworks, stormwater drainage networks, minor masonry and the provision of equipment for departmental roadworks in the South West territory of the Ardèche department. This framework agreement will give rise to ordinary subsequent contracts depending on the occurrence of needs and subsequent contracts with purchase orders for small-scale work. These purchase-order contracts, whose geographical scope will be defined during the consultation, shall have a duration of 1 year, non-renewable, and will be used for work amounts lower than 15,000 euro(s) excl.
