TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with purchase orders covering the cleaning of the administrative premises of Partenord Le Groupe (off-site), awarded in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique) dated 1 April 2019. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount, and with an annual maximum amount of EUR 300,000 excluding tax (H.T), i.e. a maximum amount of EUR 1,200,000.00 excluding tax (H.T) for the total duration of the contract. It is awarded to a single supplier. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 (twelve) months from 1 January 2027 at midnight, or failing that from the date of notification, if that date is later. It is then tacitly renewable 3 (three) times for a period of 12 (twelve) months, for a total duration which shall not exceed 48 (forty-eight) months. The prices are unit prices and can be revised under the conditions set out in the CCAP. Pursuant to Article L.2112-2, an integration action through economic activity is mandatory.
