TENDER DESCRIPTION

The supply of training ammunition intended to ensure the proper conduct of training activities within the Special Operations Forces. The products detailed in Annex 1 to the specifications, are necessary to ensure the material base required for training the servicemen at an optimal level. In the event of concluding a framework agreement: Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is expected to be awarded during the term of the framework agreement: 2,415,600.00 RON Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire term of the framework agreement – according to Annex 3 to the specifications. Estimated semi-annual calendar The dates proposed in the estimated calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, not a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority/entity regarding the award of subsequent contracts, based on the working assumption that no unforeseeable events/circumstances will occur that could not be taken into account at the time the award procedure was initiated, and that the necessary financial resources will be provided.
