TENDER DESCRIPTION

The products to be purchased, namely: Framework Agreement, for a period of 48 months – Supply and transport of ballast aggregates. The purchase of the Framework Agreement, for a period of 48 months – supply and transport of ballast aggregates necessary for carrying out works regarding improving the technical condition and the condition of usability/viability, fluidifying traffic and increasing traffic safety. Depending on the complexity of clarification requests addressed by economic operators, for which the answers should be published at the first term indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the answers to those clarifications within max 10 days until the submission of tenders. The deadlines for replying to clarifications have been set in such a way that economic operators have an appropriate period to analyse the Contracting/Procurement Documentation and, subsequently, to prepare their tenders in view of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned will put the Contracting Authority in the impossibility of providing an answer and, as a result, it shall be considered LATE. The…
