TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement covers the renewal of a critical virtualised infrastructure, including servers, a virtualised storage system, specialised network components, and related services including maintenance. The consultation results in the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders (maximum 3 suppliers) setting out all contractual provisions, with the following annual minimum amounts: 0 euro(s) excluding tax (HT), maximum amounts for the Urban Community: 2,000,000 euro(s) HT and 400,000 euro(s) HT for the city of Le Havre. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year starting from the date of notification. It may be tacitly renewed three (3) times for a one-year period, i.e. a maximum total duration of four (4) years. The services, at unit prices, may be ordered via the BPU (bill of quantities), via any catalogues of the contractor, and via the contractor’s public rates in its quotations (to which the discount rate stated in the framework agreement is applied).
