Execution of structural shell works in connection with the construction of a new four-storey residential building with a day-care centre. The gross floor area is 5,024 m². As a rough assessment of the scope of the tender, the following service scope is listed: delivery and installation of building automation (GA) with 3 automation focus areas: ASP01 on the roof for the air handling unit (RLT) system for the kitchen; ASP02 in the basement (UG) for the air handling unit (RLT) system for the day-care centre (Kita); ASP03 in the basement (UG) for the heating plant BSK network, connected with the ASP02 room control of the Kita by the building automation (GA). Halogen-free cabling of the GA systems. Web access as well as fault/alarm forwarding.
