TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this call for projects is to select an operator wishing to occupy areas of its public domain in order to install and operate photovoltaic canopies intended for the production and valorisation of electricity in the West Basins of the GPMM. Accordingly, this consultation is not intended to select an operator to whom the GPMM would entrust the performance of works, the delivery of supplies, the provision of services, or the management of a public service mission that would meet a need of the GPMM in return for an onerous consideration.
