The services required in each case for the smooth conduct of events in the Lokhalle are correspondingly diverse and broad-ranging and cannot be fully provided by the employees of GWG or by service providers commissioned by it. Rather, there is a need to support the employees of the Lokhalle in the area of the erection, conversion and dismantling of grandstands. For this reason, in order to handle the requirement in a needs-based manner, GWG intends to commission the erection, conversion and dismantling of grandstands externally again. For this purpose, a contract for work is to be awarded for the erection, conversion or dismantling of grandstands, respectively. Various grandstand models are conceivable, which result from the models attached. The erection and dismantling must be completed within a time window of 12 hours within one day. The conversion must be completed within 1.5 days. During the regular contract term of three years, the expected total volume is estimated at a total of 36 work contracts for erection, dismantling or conversion.
