Renewal of subscription licenses for the Axence nVision software for 2,900 agents, including the Network, Inventory, Users, HelpDesk and DataGuard modules for the needs of Sofia Municipality and the district administrations Software and technical support for a period of 12 months, which includes: -receipt of new versions of the product; -software bug fixes; -assistance in removing incompatibilities with the documented behavior of the software; -accessible by telephone, via e-mail and/or via a web interface; -active throughout the entire support period.
