Construction of a warehouse facility located in Chełm at Wolwinów 48 The subject of the contract is the construction of a warehouse facility located in Chełm at Wolwinów 48. The scope of the contract includes: 1. Stage I – preparation of complete documentation for notification of construction works, including obtaining the lack of objection from the architectural and construction administration authority; 2. Stage II – performance of construction works related to the construction of the warehouse facility, including development and paving of the site, drainage, fencing, lighting and monitoring, as well as delivery and installation of a warehouse tent, in accordance with the documentation and the functional and utility programme. The detailed scope of the contract is specified by: 1) Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) – Annex No 4 to the SWZ; 2) Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) – Annex to the PPU.
