TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a temporary container-based facility – outpatient clinics together with design documentation The subject of the contract is the construction of a temporary modular building intended for specialist outpatient clinics, together with internal installations, and the performance of external installations and connections. The facility includes the following functional areas: the Psychiatric Day Ward and the Psychiatric Day Ward Rehabilitation Unit. The container-based facility will be located in the parking area by the psychiatry building (no. 540) of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Toruń at ul. Św. Józefa 53–59, precinct 34, plot no. 52/9. The indicative location, layout and schedule of rooms along with data, a technical description of the building and functional requirements constitute Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
