TENDER DESCRIPTION
The consultation aims to entrust the future awardee, who operates the service at its own risk and peril within the meaning of Article L. 1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code, with the management and operation for a period of five (5) years from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2032, of a set of 140 childcare places for children aged 0 to 4 years — regular, occasional, and emergency care, including care for children with disabilities and families taking part in an integration/insertion pathway.
