TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure is conducted on the basis of Article 359 point 1) in conjunction with Article 132 and subsequent provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019—Public Procurement Law, applicable to classical contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds; therefore, by using the powers set out therein, the Contracting Authority: 1) instead of the Standard Form of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD/JEDZ), requires the Contractor to attach to its tender a statement of non-exclusion and compliance with the participation conditions—Article 125(1) of the PPL, 2) shortens the minimum time limit for submission of tenders to 15 days, pursuant to Article 138(2)(2) of the PPL, because there is an urgent need to award the contract. 2. The subject of the contract are the services listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement, repealing Directive 2004/18/EC.
