    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The subject of the contract is the Supply of orthopedic implants for the needs of COZL. The contract has not been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. The lack of division into parts is justified by the uniformity and coherence of the subject matter of the contract. This contract includes the purchase of similar items of the same type which, in the market, can be purchased from a single supplier. As a result of the analysis of the present contract, it was found that dividing the contract into smaller parts would be economically irrational due to the small scale of the value of the individual parts and the resulting increase in prices.
