Delivery of an educational robot for students of the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych im. W. Broniewskiego in Krosno Odrzańskie 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new, unused, complete and free from physical and legal defects device, compliant with the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract. 2. The offered device must originate from a lawful distribution channel of the manufacturer, be intended for placing on the market within the territory of the European Union and bear the CE marking, if required by law. 3. The Contractor is required to deliver the subject of the contract together with all elements necessary for its proper use, in particular cables, power supplies, accessories, controllers, licences, instructions and other elements required to start up the device in accordance with its intended use. 4. The Contractor is required to deliver the subject of the contract to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority and, after prior arrangement of the date with a representative of the Contracting Authority, to carry it into the indicated room. 5.
