TENDER DESCRIPTION

Background The Contracting Authorities are experiencing a structural increase in the number of WOO requests. Due to the combination of a rising volume and increasing complexity, the statutory processing deadlines and the available internal capacity are under pressure. In particular, during peak demand, for large-scale files, complex legal issues or temporary staff unavailability, the available internal capacity may be insufficient. The Contracting Authorities therefore want to have access to a flexible, scalable and expert service provider that, on call, can carry out a defined part of the processing of WOO requests. Purpose of the contract The purpose of the contract is to award an agreement to one Contractor who will support the Contracting Authorities with the operational handling of WOO requests. Contract value The estimated scope of the services amounts to approximately € 350,000 excluding VAT per twelve months. The total maximum value of all assignments awarded under the Framework Agreement amounts to € 1,400,000 excluding VAT.
