TENDER DESCRIPTION

Background The Contracting Authorities are experiencing a structural increase in the number of WOO requests. Due to the combination of an increasing volume and increasing complexity, statutory processing deadlines and available internal capacity are under pressure. In particular, during peak demand, with large-scale dossiers, complex legal issues or temporary unavailability of employees, the available internal capacity may be insufficient. The Contracting Authorities therefore want to have at their disposal a flexible, scalable and expert service provider that, on demand, can carry out a defined part of the processing of WOO requests. Purpose of the contract The purpose of the contract is to award an agreement to contract one Contractor who supports the Contracting Authorities with the operational processing of WOO requests. Contract value The estimated scope of the services is approximately € 350,000 exclusive of VAT per twelve months. The total maximum value of all contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement amounts to € 1,400,000 exclusive of VAT.
