TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hochsauerlandkreis plans the construction of the new Berufskolleg in Meschede as a three-storey building with a total of approx. 15,000 m2 of floor area. The floor screed works at the site are divided into the North area (N: grid lines 11–18) and the South area (S: grid lines 1–10). Only the services for the North area are requested here. - Height adjustment in partial areas using cement-bound backfill - Laying of insulation and/or compensating insulation and impact sound insulation - Cement screed or heated screed for covering with tiles, for coatings, or for vinyl flooring - In the area of the underfloor heating, the heating circuits are laid by the heating trade on the tack board. After that, the screed can be installed. Coordination with the heating trade is required here. More specific information can be found in the tender documents.
