TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment includes at least: • Providing a WOZ valuation application; • Hosting and technical management of the application; • Implementation and configuration of the application; • Migration and conversion of existing data; • Providing training and instructions; • User and administrative support; • Maintenance, updates and further development; • Realising and maintaining the required interfaces with municipal systems and relevant national facilities; • Support during the contract period. The scope also includes the required activities to ensure a controlled transition from the current situation to the new situation. The Client’s WOZ administration currently comprises approximately 15,800 objects. This concerns both dwellings and non-dwellings, including, among other things, agricultural properties, building and storage sites, dormant properties and excluded properties. The number stated is indicative and may change during the term of the agreement as a result of changes (mutations) in the objects administration. The agreement enters into force on 1 January 2027.
