TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service consists in ensuring the operation and continuity of Bibracte’s catering service. The selected contractor provides the preparation of menus, the supply and storage of all foodstuffs and all products required, the preparation and serving of dishes, hygiene control, the collection of the price of trays for the cafeteria (without handling cash) and of services at the Chaudron (with handling cash), the setting up and table service for special services, the carrying out of ancillary services (cocktail, etc.), the preparation, delivery and service of the various components of the menu served at the “Le Chaudron” restaurant, and maintenance of the premises and equipment made available to it, in accordance with the stipulations of these C.C.T.P. and its appendices. The holder of the contract must have, at the sites where the activities are carried out, a responsible representative who can respond on its behalf to any request from Bibracte.
