TENDER DESCRIPTION

The civil leases supporting the activity are estimated to take effect on 1 March 2027 and to expire on 28 February 2034. These leases are intended to describe the conditions under which approximately 13 areas allocated for the sale of solar products and eyewear are made available to the selected holder and operated at the two airports concerned. In particular, this contract sets out the terms under which the selected Holder pays Aéroports de Paris a rent and is remunerated through the marketing of products to customers. The points of sale will be made available to the selected holder progressively, at the deadlines provided for in the consultation documents for businesses.
