TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract has a mixed structure with a fixed-price share (P2 and P3) and a purchase-order-based share (P5). The contract includes both service services and works services. The portion relating to service services is predominant. This is a PFI-type contract (Service and Fixed Price - Incentives). It includes the following services: - P2: Operating, servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance services for the production and distribution installations for heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning, ventilation, and related installations; - P3: GER services for major maintenance and renewal of thermal installations, with full guarantee and transparent management.
