TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purpose Provide the participating Habitat Réuni member organisations with a single tool for collecting, checking and managing the TFPB for all relevant assets. Potential scope • All built-up property subject to TFPB, including vacant properties, properties under construction or for sale. • Integration with the one or more existing asset and accounting information systems of the organisations (ERP, Salvia Patrimoine, etc.). Expected services • Import and structuring of asset and tax data from the lessors’ software. • Centralisation and automated integration of tax assessment notices, tax reductions (dégrèvements) and exemptions. • Automated consistency checks of the tax base and comparison with the land registry (cadastre) databases for taxes. • Forecasting, simulations and export of accounting entries (re-invoicing, payment). • Consolidated dashboards (TFPB amount, exemption rate, savings) by organisation and by residence. • Authorisations differentiated by organisation and by profile (DG, DAF of each organisation, operational teams). • Secure hosting (RGPD compliance), continuity and reversibility of data at the end of the contract.
