TENDER DESCRIPTION

On behalf of the Medical Faculty, the following procurement is carried out: As part of the research project “KOMPASS – Combined platform for substance and system development”, the microscopy research infrastructure is to be expanded by two high-performance systems for high-resolution, three-dimensional fluorescence imaging. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a confocal laser-scanning microscope and a Light-Sheet microscope, including the required hardware and software components, image acquisition and analysis software, computer systems, accessories, as well as instruction and application training. The contract is awarded in two lots. Lot 1 – Confocal laser-scanning microscope Procurement of an inverted confocal laser-scanning microscope for demanding fluorescence microscopy research applications. In particular, the system shall enable high-resolution multidimensional and spectral imaging as well as the investigation of dynamic cellular processes.
