. The directors of the Services-Mail-Parcel branch (BSCC) and the Retail and Digital (BGPN) business of La Poste, representing six functional areas, wish to renew their Feedback Management and Customer Listening solution. . The objective is to have a solution for the administration and management of customer satisfaction surveys: from survey creation, scheduling, routing ... up to verbatim processing, the reporting of opinions and results, and, last of all, the ability to provide a personalized response to the survey recipient. . The solution must in particular enable the end user to have smooth and effective navigation, the reporting of results to all levels of the organization (Headquarters and Regions/Territories), via an SSO connection, with different user profiles and roles. . The solution must allow the creation of dashboards independently depending on the type of user profile. The data flows come from multiple internal and external information systems to La Poste that vary depending on the survey typologies.
