TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of paper in reams. The framework agreement is carried out under a group of contracting authorities in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following entities: - VILLE DE THIONVILLE AND ITS CCAS - MAIRIE D'ILLANGE - MAIRIE DE ROCHONVILLERS - MAIRIE DE TRESSANGE The coordinator of the group of contracting authorities is: Thionville Fensch Agglomération The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Minimum amount: EUR 9,000 (excluding tax) / maximum amount: EUR 260,000 (excluding tax). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 2 years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. OBLIGATORY SUBMISSION OF SAMPLES BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: the tenderer shall, in support of its offer, provide representative samples for the units mentioned in the schedule of unit prices.
