TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a technical solution comprising one or more associated meteorological measurement items or instruments that will enable the continuous provision of measurements of wind speed and direction at an altitude of 50 m, the measurement of atmospheric stability, and the characterization of the state of the atmosphere. Delivery, installation, commissioning and training of users on the CEA site, Valduc centre, are fully and entirely the responsibility of the Contractor. As options, periodic preventive maintenance is provided for during the minimum 2 years of warranty (Option No. 1), and then for the following 2 years (Options No. 2 and No. 3). Corrective maintenance is proposed in the form of an intervention (daily rate, travel, etc.) based on Advance Lump-Sum Quotations, and the list of spare parts and consumables is proposed in the form of a unit price schedule.
