TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of the cul-de-sac Trebbiner Str. as a public access route to the Technical Museum, on the premises of the “Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin”. The following services are to be provided: Sanitary installations: The entire building services of the existing part (Altbau) of the building are to be renewed. The replacement of the entire sanitary installation in the building (Altbau) is planned, with the exception of the sanitary installation that is used to supply the restaurant. Individual areas will remain in the existing condition due to accessibility or assignment in the existing stock. Heating: In the WC areas, the existing cast-iron tube radiators are to be replaced by modern panel radiators, including replacement of the radiator valves. The pipe connections will be adjusted. In the basement (UG), an automatic make-up feed device (Nachspeiseeinrichtung) for the existing-part area will be installed. On the 5th floor (5.OG), a heating main will be rerouted. In the air-handling central units (Lüftungszentralen), the heating circuits for the ventilation system will be renewed and connected…
